The Fédération Internationale de Camping, Caravanning et de Autocaravaning (F.I.C.C.) is an organization that is devoted to camping, caravanning and motorcaravanning, representing the interests of campers and camping clubs wherever they are.
Today the F.I.C.C., founded in 1933, comprises 56 Federations and Clubs from 32 countries. In Asian Region, the F.I.C.C. has members including Australia, China, Israel, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, and the UAE. The members of the Asia-Pacific Commission are delegated from camping organizations which represent Japan, Taiwan, Korea and China. One of the major missions of the Asia-Pacific Commission is to recruit more new members (Camping Federation or Club) to join the F.I.C.C., including in the Philippines.
The 86th International F.I.C.C. Rally was just finished in October 2017 in Jhinshan, Taiwan. The 87th F.I.C.C. Rally will be held from July 27 to August 4, 2018 in Paaren-Glien, on the outskirts of Berlin, Germany. If local camping clubs (associations) are interested in the next F.I.C.C. Rally this year and would like to give it a try, they can attend the 2018 Rally as an Observer to see if the F.I.C.C. could meet their needs.
