Batang Gilas won their last two games against Thailand and Lebanon over the weekend to place fifth in the end of the FIBA Asia U16 tournament held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Meanwhile, Korea bagged the gold medal after defeating runner-up Chinese Taipei in the finals.
