Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (Patafa) president Philip Ella Juico is defending the Association’s move to field Fil-foreign athletes to improve the performance of the athletics team in the recent SEA Games. “Why all of a sudden discriminating and frowning on this? Pilipino pa rin ‘yan,” the former Philippine Sports Commission chairman added.
